We purchased this mat for our neighbors who recently relocated from Oregon to Florida. They had noticed the one we had recently purchased for our new front entry. I have had less expensive mats in the past that did not hold up at all to moisture, wear, etc. I am confident that these mats will be welcoming our Oregon guests and those of our friends in Florida, for years to come. Excellent rugs and customer service, best part is the rug is made here in the US.

The incorrect rug was delivered and while I was emailed a return slip for its subsequent FEDEX pickup there was no other service recovery offered. There was no follow up once the rug I’d actually ordered was finally delivered. A disappointing customer experience.
