Both rug pad and indoor/outdoor rugs were delivered in timely fashion (especially considering pandemic restrictions). Have not laid rugs yet so cannot respond regarding actual quality of same, but rug looks great in package. Liked company responses as well and have recommended same to people in my senior community. Don't anticipate problems when we finally lay rugs in the near future.

The doormat came in a timely manner and looked excellent. I got it as a gift for my brothers new house and it fits perfectly in front of their front door

The rug turned out beautifully and the customer service was amazing! For some reason, I could not complete my purchase on Etsy and I was concerned that Etsy's delay in processing would mean that I wouldn't be able to get the rug to my mom for Christmas. However, the company took my order directly and got started quickly, so that they could meet my Christmas deadline. I can't say enough about how nice and proactive they were. My mom loved the rug and I could tell from the pictures that it was beautiful and exactly as advertised.
