I have ordered several items from this company and am always pleased . The craftsmanship , and customer service are always above the price I pay. When giving these as gifts to clients they are always impressed with the quality of construction and durability. This is your forever home you deserve a forever door mat ;)

We didn't make a mistake here and we did ship the customer's order on time. it was lost by FedEx and we were only made aware of it when the customer reached out to let us know. We immediately called FedEx to find out what happened , they told us they lost it and we needed to file a claim.

I purchased a made-to-order outdoor rug, in Calypso Santorini Steeple, for a screen porch built on a concrete slab. I'd had an epoxy paint over the concrete, but that began flaking, and would have a layer of ice at times during the winter. So rather than hiring someone to glue a wall to wall carpet over the slab, I found RugsThatFit and gave them a call. They were very helpful in negotiating the exact measurements, which left me an inch or two around the perimeter so as not to run the risk of having something even an inch too big. The carpet was about 14 x 5 feet. The calypso color looks great, it lays flat, the dark blue border looks great, and it has a good grip underfoot. It can easily be rolled up to vacuum under when needed. And if it's showing wear in ten years or so, I can just order another one, and not have to rely on a contractor to remove or install a permanent wall to wall carpet.

We would highly recommend Rugs That Fit. They gave us a great price on a custom Fiberworks 13x15 ft. area carpet with a 3 inch border. The communication with the company was super; they returned calls immediately, answered questions and followed up with the delivery info. The rug arrived within three weeks of ordering. It was a great transaction with a Five Star company. The Baers
