Excellent customer service, Excellent product. What else could one ask for? I have purchased 11 mats and received very positive feedback. I like that these are custom, the rubber backing does not rub off on surface, mat design will not fade, made in USA. Love them and undoubtedly will be ordering more in the future.

The customer service of this company far surpasses their already amazing quality of products. By far the best place to order a rug. Hands down.

RugsThatFit helped me find a great option for our dining room when our first choice was not available. They contacted me and sent samples to help us decide. Now we cannot imaging any other area rug in the space!

We're very pleased with both the quality of the custom outdoor carpet we ordered from RugsThatFit, and the service we received. We'd definitely order from them again.

Great company to work with! I had a unique design and size. The design team worked with me and it turned out perfectly! I couldn’t be more happy. I will definitely order from them again.

Dan is so thorough and wants every customer to be happy. On our recent purchase, he sent me samples, followed up until we were sure we had the right purchase and experience. He has incredibly high standards for product manufacturing and for customer satisfaction. We have purchased (and loved) Infinity mats for our entrances, and this was our first purchase for the interior. We received a beautifully hand made 5x7 rug for our entrance. I am a huge fan of Rugs That Fit and am very impressed by both the design and customer service standards of this company.
