RugsHQ.comReviews of rugshq.com

I just ordered a rug that I had seen on a designer website and paid considerably less for it. They also gave me 10% off, free shipping and no sales tax. Just waiting for the rug to arrive and hope it is as good as the experience has been so far.

I love shopping RugsHQ for the value, quality, and great customer service! Free shipping and free pad earn extra stars! I would recommend this web site to everyone who wants a beautiful, tasteful and durable rug.

Loved this website for the variety of choices. I was truing to match an area rug and runner which we had purchased in a department store. Easy to find on the website, and the prices were good. No shipping cost made it even better.

My ordering experience was efficient and delivery was so quick. I ended up ordering another one. Amazing service!

Although I had trouble initially using your page on the internet, when I finally got in, thingds worked great. And the price was terrific!

I've been looking for a rug for the past 3 months. I stumbled across this website last week and decided to place my order with them. I had questions that were quickly answered using the online chat. The only negative is you can't use multiple offers on one order. Seems misleading to ask you to Like on Facebook to get an instant $25 off your order, then not honor it. There aren't any restrictions mentioned on the website. Update: I've yet to receive the order that I placed a month ago. They DO NOT send any communication to let you know if your merchandise is in-stock, back ordered, shipping from the manufacturer, etc.

Just ordered a 3 x 5 foot area rug. Price was right and can't beat free shipping and they offered me a coupon on the site that made it cheaper than any where else I could find. Check out was easy. Can't wait to get the rug.

I have had a great experience on rugshq.com. I will definitely be shopping on this site again. Thanks!
