I had found the rug I wanted at several sites and RUGSHQ.COM had the best pricing by far. They were also honest about the item being on back order, which I found to be great customer service.

This is my first purchase from RugsHQ but will probably be the first of many. Actually my first purchase was canceled since the rug was not available but I was promptly notified and offered an additional discount to purchase a different rug. Free shipping, good prices, easy checkout, and prompt notifications. Assuming I recieve my rug in tact and with no hassle I will definitely purchase again.

We ordered two Surya area rugs. The orders were processed quickly and the rugs arrived as expected. We love the rugs. We have now ordered a third rug. The price and experience cannot be beat.

RugsHQ offers a great section and offers the most competitive pricing I've found online. I've made two purchases so far and all arrived timely and in excellent condition. RugHQ is now my preferred online vendor for area rugs and runners.
