RugsHQ.comReviews of rugshq.com

I've been shopping for the perfect rug for weeks and finally found on rugshq. The perfect rug at the perfect price. With free shipping. Woot-woot

We have been shopping around for an area rug and found one we loved and found the best price at RugsHQ.com. Looking forward to receiving a great product and service.

Found this rug locally and want alot more than I found it on rugshq.com. great experience!!!

easy site and when I called willing to work with me

I was looking for a specific rug and found it here at RugsHQ for half of what everyone else I searched was listing as their sales price. Before I bought the rug I had a number of questions such as "What's the Pantone chip color?" and "What's the pile height of the rug?" RugsHQ was quick and accurate with their answers and very helpful. The rug even arrived two days earlier than expected and it's the perfect color thanks to the Pantone chip value they supplied. Will definitely shop here again.

RugsHQ had exactly what I was looking for, at an amazing price. and and and Free Shipping. Couldn't be happier.

This is my first purchase with RugsHQ & I am very impressed with their customer service & their prices!! While I was trying to place my order, I noticed that the price on the their website didn't match the price in my cart. I contacted them via email & within 1 hour, they had the problem fixed in my cart! I still had more questions about the rug I was purchasing so I contacted them again and once again, they promptly replied with an answer. I found this same rug on other sites for up to $100 more. I have already recommended this company to my friends!

I initially ordered the wrong size rug, and I wanted to change my order. I was able to get connected to a sales rep almost instantly, and he was extremely helpful. The price is great, the service is great, and from what I can see, the rug is perfect for my son's room. I Wil update once it arrives. I'll definitely be doing business with this company again.
