RugsHQ.comReviews of rugshq.com

Chat Representative answered questions about product availability. Not happy that rug was not availabile in that size but happy to know before I ordered it.

The rugs are wonderful. I just wish the out of stock carpets were taken off sooner so I wouldn't get my hopes up and order something only to find out that they don't have them.

Pricing was the best on the Internet. Used a retailmenot coupon to get an even better price. Can't wait for the rug to get here!

I had been searching for a vibrant rug for my living room, but all the styles I loved were way too expensive on other websites. I am so glad to have found RugsHQ!! They had exactly what I was looking for and at a steal of a price! I can't wait to receive my new rug!!

Very fast easy ordering process After checking MANY rug sites RugsHQ.com had the best price for the rug I wanted!! Site is very easy to navigate through and offered multiple promo codes Thanks!

I had been looking for a particular rug for a long time and had seen it on several different websites, as well as in department stores, but hesitated to buy it because it was quite expensive. After a lot of searching and comparison shopping, I found RugsHQ and they had the same rug for a significantly lower price (and no tax and free shipping). And, when I chatted online with a customer service representative, they made sure that I received the best promotion that was currently being offered so I got an additional discount off my order. Very good customer service! Plus RugsHQ has a great selection of styles and brands that I like. Can't wait to receive my new rug!

I had never dealt with this company before, but so far so good! I have ordered a small rug as a "sample" and looking forward to receiving it in person. I had a question prior to ordering, and customer service got back to me very quickly. Hope the quality of the rug is as good as the quality of the customer service!

Good selection, also.
