RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

The website has great selections and the communication has been effective. Will def order from rugpal again!!

I ordered one size, never received an e mail, called one week later to find out they sold the last one out from under me. Office stay admitted communication area between warehouse and order processing. Now don't trust them.

RugPal has exceeded my expectations! I order products online on a daily basis. I'm a frequent Amazon purchaser & they set the service bar pretty high for online merchants. RugPal meets or exceedes their bar. I will definitely buy again from them & recommend RugPal to my friends & family.

Love this rug. The feel is amazing. The picture shows it darker than it actually is. It is more of a cream background but still looks great

The rug is great. Just as described and delivered on time. Great experience. The colors are just as you see on the website and the quality is really good. It is also soft. Thank you

Would buy product again. Positive experience and helpful customer service
