RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

This was the easiest rug buying experience that I have encountered. Descriptions and vibrant pictures of rugs made my choice extremely easy. The reviews posted by previous customers helped assure me that I was making the right choice. Online ordering was a breeze.

Excellent service, timely and quality product! Will definitely be using Rug Pal again!!

Beautiful rug. Very happy with my choice.

The site had the selection I was looking for and also offered me a discount at checkout.

I recently purchased a small mountain cabin with wood floors and was looking for a quality area rug. I researched multiple sites before I made my purchase and found the best price from RugPal. The item was delivered quickly and it was exactly the quality I was looking for. I contacted customer service with a question and I received a quick response with an even better answer than I had expected! I will definitely purchase from RugPal in the future.

Loll area rug delivered on time. Cheaper than local furniture store. Beautiful and quality. Thank you RugPal.

Order placement was easy. All details of purchase and optional returns were included. I have not received the product as yet. I would have liked a detailed description of rug content. Also the colors of the same rug show differently on same page. I'm hoping that it's okay

Having just moved into our new home, we needed to quickly purchase area rugs. I was browsing Architectural Digest and fell in love with a large Loloi area rug which was featured. I needed that rug and fast in my home :) I searched the internet and found RugPal among many other retailers. RugPal stood out to me due to free shipping, fair pricing and free rug pad. But most important was the excellent customer service I received through the "chat" function as well as email. I am looking forward to my next purchase with RugPal!
