First of all, on behalf of the USPS we apologize for their lack of on time delivery. They've had multiple occurrences of backlogs - such as this one (https://www.inquirer.com/business/usps-package-tracking-delays-philadelphia-christmas-2020-20201218.html) We are sad as well that you didn't receive your package on time, though hope you enjoy once it arrives!

First, thanks so much for your business Tasha! I show your order was received on 11/25 at 5:21pm and included personalization. Embroidery takes 3-7 business days and I show your order shipped on 12/4 via USPS. We do apologize on their behalf for the delay. Between COVID protocols and increased volumes (as shown on their website), unfortunately your order has not been delivered yet and is delayed in transit. We'll certainly keep our fingers crossed that it arrives soon!

We're a little surprised at the review you left however, as the Personalized Presley Plaid dress you purchased (https://www.rufflebutts.com/mint-peach-white-plaid-button-back-dress.html) states on the page to "Machine wash cold, only non-chlorine bleach when needed, tumble dry low". We realize the garment is 100% cotton and can wrinkle a bit if left in the dryer after the cycle finishes. Please reach out as we'd love to help improve your experience!

First, thanks for your business Kimberly. We're sorry that your product didn't work out as you'd hoped. We realize that sizing items online can be tricky, and you're right that the Seersucker style you selected, because of the fabric type, does not have as much 'give' as some fabrics. We have tried to notate this on the product page (https://www.rufflebutts.com/lilac-seersucker-peplum-one-piece.html), but are still sad your item didn't work out. We have tons of others suits that go all the way up to size 10, so hopefully something else will work out. Let us know if we can help!

First of all, thanks for your business Jamie. We see you purchased the Swiss Dot Woven Bloomer (https://www.rufflebutts.com/swiss-dot-pink-ruffle-diaper-cover.html). The product page does show it worn with the coordinating swing top, but the description states "Model above is shown wearing our Woven Swiss Dot w/Pink Bloomer and the Swiss Dot Bow-Back Swing Top." Apologies if this comes across as confusing and we're certainly able to process a return on the item if you'd like. I also show where Ali in our customer service team replied to you on Monday 1/27 after you wrote in on the weekend (our CS team works weekdays only). On behalf of the USPS we apologize for your experience Erica. I show your original order placed on 12/1 and shipped on 12/2. We understand the USPS dropped the ball and I show a FedEx 2Day replacement order sent on 12/19 and received on 12/21. We hope that we've gone above and beyond, even though the USPS dropped the ball.

We do run short term promotions and do realize that these can sometimes cause frustration for customers who have purchased previously.
