RuffleButts / RuggedButtsReviews of rufflebutts.com

I love this company! Always quality items and my girls love to be fancy! The sizing and look is always on point.

This has been my favorite baby clothing and accessories. They are made with the highest quality. Everything from the bows, tights, clothing and denim are super soft and comfortable for my baby.

We love Rufflebutts! Perfect design and quality. Will buy again and again!

When I received my first Rufflebutts order, it was missing one of the 3 items I had ordered. I found the customer service email address and sent a message. Very quickly, I received a response, apologizing for the mistake and letting me know the missing item would be sent out. And sure enough, I received it just a few days later. Thank you for such courteous and efficient customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I am such a huge fan of Rufflebutts. They always go above and beyond with shipping and making sure their product gets to the costumer in a timely manner. The clothes are absolutely wonderful and great quality.

I shop for my Granddaughter every chance I get. Ruffle Butts clothing is great quality and so very cute. I ordered several shirts for her but my daughter said I think they are going to be too big. When I received them I ordered the wrong size. I just got online and did a return and within a day after they received them back they returned the right size. I Love the company and they are so easy to work with.

I love the quality of Ruffle butts and enjoy taking advantage of their flash sales! However, I feel they should offer free shipping if spending $30 or more. They do have a limited inventory unlike other bigger stores so their free shipping offer should also have a lower purchase requirement. Also, I would not mind paying a yearly "membership" fee that would offer free shipping throughout the year. This would entice customers to buy more and more often. Hope this review helps!

Having ordered numerous items this summer I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this company from selection, quality, shipping, and customer service. They have always been very helpful and timely if I needed an exchange/refund. I will continue to shop here as long as I have young granddaughters.
