Too bad they get one star, but nothing lower
Too bad they get one star, but there was nothing lower. I ordered on 3/4/2021, paid for fast delivery for a baby shower. On the tracker it was not listed as leaving the warehouse. On the 9th they finally got it at the Post Office. Instead of Priority delivery, its being shipped first class. I call Monday the 8th and a young lady assured me it would shipped today and I would get an e-mail with the tracking number. It never happened. Now they say it will be delivered on the 13th. Yes the items are cute, because of their service, I will look for other baby clothing distributers that are more reliable. I will never take a chance with Ruffle Butts again. So much for a late shower gift.

First, thanks so much for your order and sincere apologies for your disappointment Ray. Our offices our located in Dallas, and we're apologetically still running a bit behind as our offices was 100% closed and without power for almost a week here. In looking at your order I see you did call in on 3/8 and that we shipped your order the same day. I am having our team research as to why your package shipped the class that it did and we are crossing our fingers gets to you quickly. Thank you again and apologies again.
