Fantastic and quick customer service. Have purchased multiple times and we are always so happy. Love the protection the long sleeve swimsuits offer. Super cute designs and great fit. Will keep coming back for more!

The clothes snd swimsuits from Rufflebutts are so cute and the quality cannot be beat! My granddaughter looks so cute and gets many compliments and questions on where the items were purchased. She lives in her swimsuits throughout the summer and has never had a problem with wear and tear. When she outgrows them, they still look like brand new. The customer service is outstanding!! On my most recent order, I accidentally put the incorrect city on my delivery address and the order shipped out before i realized it. I contacted Rufflebutts and they graciously re-shipped my order to the correct address and without any additional fees. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. You won’t be disappointed with your purchase or service. Thank you Rufflebutts!!❤️

This was my first purchase and I am beyond satisfied! I ordered 12 items and the grab bag. Everything is excellent! The grab bag had a really nice variety of items including the adorable Halloween ruffle tights!! Super happy with my purchase. I had an initial issue with my order (had selected quantity 2 do an item). The customer service team remedied this immediately with one message. Thanks for great service and an awesome product!

I have ordered from this company many many times and have never been disappointed with the quality. The customer service is beyond exceptional for the promptness of attention and follow through, I buy items from here for all the littles I have around me!

Every year, I buy my niece two swimsuits for her May birthday. They are always a big hit and the cutest things you have ever seen. This year, when one of the suits came in, the monogram was a little off-center. I was worried about contacting RuffleButts (maybe they wouldn't "see" the issue that I did? maybe this would be more work for me, shipping it back, etc?) NONE of that happened. They simply asked for a pic and were completely courteous and swift with their answers and solutions. It was one of the most painless transactions I have ever had. Because of their response, I'm able to give my niece two swimsuits that I (and RuffleButts) can continue to be proud of. 100% love this company!

Karlee ( customer support ) and I chatted through the whole buying experience and she was attentive & fun! Love Ruffle Butts clothing for my little Lilly and it is always a pleasure to shop online on your site. I am a perpetual repeat customer.

Customer service is prompt, effective, and friendly and the swimsuits are adorable with the best quality every time. Repeat customers here!

I love Rufflebutts! The clothing is such great quality and they have beautiful prints for the whole family. I had an issue with one package recently and the customer service was STELLAR. I received a day of response back with the kindest Rufflebutts representative.
