my experience with rubycar has been fantastic. easy. and a way better experience than buying from a local dealership. i actually hesitated to buy a car from ruby car, based on some reviews ive seen online, but my experience was great. specifically Arkada, really went above and beyond to help me out and answer any questions i had! (and i had a lot!) reallyy really happy with my purchase and will use them again in the future!

Everything that could go wrong went wrong but working with Sarah Cross has been a huge help. She has communicated with me and was very empathetic and helpful. We are still waiting for our license plate 5 months after purchasing the car. We have been through 5 rental cars so far. And we still haven’t received the plates.

I had an exceptional experience with Ruby car. I bought a 2023 Nissan rogue. The first contact was with one and sales who started the process. He was awesome and very helpful. My finance advisor. Carolyn Donnelly was awesome got me great terms got me the paperwork in a timely fashion. We had one minor bump in the road we needed to get An extension for my temporary tag expiring. I called the customer service and Arkada Was extremely helpful. Got me a new temporary tag and my license plate arrived about a month later it was a great experience of buying a vehicle for my couch and not having to go to the dealership and play the cello games. I’ve been in the car business for 12 years and even I didn’t want to go to the dealership when it’s time for me to buy my next car I will be using Ruby car again thank you.

I would have given this place zero stars but they don’t have the option. I was buying a car from them and had changed my mind before the deal had gone through. This was allowed as shown in the contract. I had put a deposit down on vehicle which held it until delivery. When I had canceled they took the car back with no hesitation and had told me to expect my refund within 7-10 business days. That was in February 2025. So now it’s been two months and I still have not received my refund. I have called and called leaving complaint after complaint leaving me to wonder how the incompetence of this company allows it to even run. Still only going in circles. It has gotten to the point that I reached out to the credit card company to let them handle it and now have spoken to a lawyer to take action. Sadly in the beginning they seemed so nice and so efficient feeding me nonsense to show their trust. I guess I’m the gullible one. STAY AWAY!

I have purchased twice from Ruby Cars. My first vehicle from Ruby Cars back in July of 2024, and my next one is This month in March 2025. Both of my experiences were very pleasant and smooth from the great transparent pricing including all the of getting a great deal including the extending warranty. I had the pleasure of dealing with the finance manage Mr. Juan Cajigas twice and I truly appreciate his help. Looking forward to deal with him, again in the future!
