RubyCar by AvisReviews of rubycar.com

I recently purchased a car through Ruby Car, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! Richard, my representative, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the communication was clear, and every detail was handled with professionalism. The logistics were seamless—delivery was on time, and everything was exactly as promised. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and would highly recommend Ruby Car and Richard to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!

Really great polite people who got be a good car and made the whole process seamless. Surprisingly excellent. Especially Margie and Kayleigh.

I was apprehensive at first from the reviews regarding time receiving the car, and registration but everyone involved communicated effectively by text, calls and emails. I did have to purchase a new battery because it was DOA but I was setup with Margie who quickly got a reimbursement plan setup for me. I would like to thank all parties involved. Josh, William, Margie, Sarah, Abby, and Cindy. I believe that is everyone and I’m sorry if I left anyone off but thank you equally.

I had never heard of Rubycar by Avis until I was wanting to trade my F-250 in mint condition for a equalto or better Suburban. I tried to trade locally, but the car dealers in NW Arkansas are basically crooks. So, I went on the internet. Rubycar kept popping up. I called and talked to a very knowledgeable AND professional salesperson at Rubycar by the name of Richard. After trading a few pictures we talked trade money and just like that I saved about $6,000 and got exactly what I wanted. They delivers the suburban 2 weeks ago and will be picking up the F-259 on Monday. This is a very fair and precise company. I have 3 vehicles and when I trade my next one in, it will be through Rubycar and the sales person will only be Richard. These people have integrity. My locals don’t. So, if your in the need for a used vehicle, I would call Richard at Rubycar every time. Thank you, Rubycar and thank you Richard

I made a purchase less than a month ago and the process was way easier than I expected. I was approved so quickly that o taught this wasn’t real. Jenn was my contact and everyone else I have spoke was all very friendly and helpful. I already gave their information for a couple people that I know are car searching. If I need another car I know where to look first.

Carolyn and Will are the best. I have never experienced or have had a comfortable and reliable car buying process in my life. Ruby car is the best and their employees.

Josh White was very informative, professional and gained my confidence quickly. Ask for Josh ! You will not be disappointed 👍

The gentleman I was working with, Josh White, was very quick to assess my needs and find the perfect car for what I wanted. He then went out of his way to make sure that I got funding and the best deal possible on the car. I'd call him again the next time I'm shopping.
