Labor involved in assembly is significant. Instructions can be a bit vague. But overall quality is good and savings over the ready to install cabinets is significant.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We understand assembly can be time-consuming and are continuously working to improve our instructions. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the overall quality and the savings compared to ready-to-install cabinets. We appreciate your support!

Jared and Lisa from RTA direct went above and beyond my expectations. They were quick in responding to my inquiries, quick to return phone calls and extremely helpful in helping me design my kitchen. They even accommodated my delayed shipping request and last minute changes I needed to make to my order. I would most definitely recommend this company. Such a high level of customer service is hard to come by!
