They screwed me over
They screwed me over, steer clear of this company. I ordered an entire kitchen of cabinets from RTA Direct. Most of the order came, except a base cabinet, a sheet of plywood, and some trim that they informed me should arrive soon. never came, and heard nothing. I emailed and called frequently for two weeks with ZERO reply, they ghosted me. I ended up having to order from a different company and am still awaiting a refund from RTA Direct. I recommend ordering from RTAcabinetstore, the customer service is light years beyond RTA direct. But whatever you do, avoid RTA Direct like the plague.

This purchase did include a few backordered items, and while most of our orders are delivered within 2 weeks, backordered products can occasionally face delays outside our control. In this case, the order was delivered in full within 30 days of being placed, but we understand that the lack of timely communication during backorder process caused unnecessary stress. Since then, we’ve improved our order tracking and customer update process to make sure every customer is kept informed from purchase to delivery.
