I am rating you with 4 stars because I need to ask you for CofC almost every time we receive material that has an expiration date instead of getting it along with the material.

Great Customer Service
Typically RS Hughes has very good customer service and has been very helpful to me in sourcing items that I could not find myself. Most recently, their service has been excellent. There was one instance where one of their employees did not follow through with something they had promised. That is the only reason i did not give a full five stars. Overall a great company to work with.

Load off my shoulders
RS Hughes was able to come in and take over control of most of our consumable shop supplies. Everything is very price competitive, but the big difference is the service. With RS Hughes counting and stocking all of the items, it saves me time and money. Previously I had to pay someone to count the stock, order the product, receive the product, and pay someone else to put it away. With RS Hughes, all of this is handled, and I can use those employees and that time for more critical projects.
