We are able to order easily from the website, which has the prices for our account in view. We receive a prompt reply from your sales team as to the availability of our order and when it ships. If we place the order by early afternoon the products ship that day. Appreciate the service!

Professional and attentive
We continue to us R.S. Hughes because of the service received and primarily because of Eric Teran. He is consistently ready and willing to assist. Performs well in finding harder to find items and caring for our needs in ways to keep our business in operation. We know there are others that we could work with to supply our needs, but we are finding R.S. Hughes to be performing at such a level, we don't need to look for another supplier. Prices are good, very competitive. Regular visits are not interrupted even with the pandemic. Eric is able to support us because he knows our needs and is responsive whether requests come from a phone call or a visit. Very attentive, well done. Thank You
