The watch is alright. Not great just alright. But I have been robbed of an extra 40$ for customs clearance. I was told shipping is clearance, so the watch should be delievred to my doorstep at no extra cost. But the postman said, without clearing customs dues, they cannot handover the watch to me. I tried contacting RS Chrono but no reply. I have been emailing them since a month now but no response. No other customer care access.

I ordered my speedtail watch about 2 weeks ago and it came yesterday. To start the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because they didn’t ship it in the time promised and they don’t respond to emails. But my watch did come and looks amazing! The feel is great, it fits well, the packaging is nice, and the overall experience is definitely worth 95$. I did some more digging and rschrono DOESNT dropship there products it’s just products made in china. Love it and I will buy more!

Very bad experience. The plastic quality and the watch chain quality is substandard. My Order number is ORDER RS#15875. I don't know how I could respond to your review. Took a lot more days than the expected timeline to receive the order. I want to return the item. Has contacted RSCHRONO. No response though it is almost 10 days. I tried multiple forums to contact them. I am ready to pay the return charges to China. It actually is a Chinese product and these guys do dropship them. Deceiving ads and deceptive service.

Ok so I've ordered a watch on 14th of June and it 20 today. they have lied about their shipping times way too much. I ordered it from India which they say take about maximum 15 days and this is the 36 day of shipping and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried to contact Rs chrono and India post where its stuck but no response from Rs chrono whatsoever. So if u wanna order a watch from this company just choose DHL/FedEx Cuz the default one takes ages

Edit: I got my watch today, after 3 weeks in U. S. But I had ordered for one with strap, and I recieved one with chain braclet. That is really dissapointing. The quality and all looks good, but this is the problem. I have sent emails, yet no reply. Hoping to get one soon! I have ordered my watch and it has been 4 days. I havent received any updates whatsoever. I tried contacting them, but no response. It should arrive within 3-7 days to United States, but no updates at all. My order number is #16318. Please let me know about it, only then can I update the review as I have no other option.
