Bought as a Christmas gift for my great nephew. The watch is beautiful but the pins to adjust the band length appear to be defective and would not engage properly. RS Chrono to my great nephew that they would replace the band, but that has gone unaddressed. They have failed to follow up with my direct email inquiry. The watch may be beautiful, but their Customer Service is awful. False promises and unanswered inquiries.

I purchased the RS Chrono back in July 23 ago but I have to admit the quality is cheap. The leather strap was like it has been found in a kinder surprise egg! Despite that, I decided to keep but after 2 months the Gyroscope stopped working as intended! I had to really shake my hand to make it move! I contacted the customer support, they got back to me (very late) and I asked for a refund! I am still waiting for a reply 3 months later! I sold the watch on EBay. Won’t be buying from them again however the concept is really good.

Ordered a watch a few days ago. No tracking, package hasn’t been shipped yet. They aren’t responding to my emails. My son spent a lot of time saving up for this. Hopefully they say something soon. Order number is RS#23063

The watch arrived after almost two weeks, my son was happy with it. Within less than a couple of months it was clear something is wrong and it was only spinning for 2-5 seconds. I contacted their support on email and via the website but I'm getting no reply. Don't waste your money

I placed an order on 6 August 2023 and it’s been over 2 weeks, I haven’t received any shipping updates or tracking number. I have emailed so many times but no response even 5 days later. Order no. 16950. It just says request received everytime I send an email. I even emailed Tom. No response. Update: I have received emails and shipping details from the company. Tracking my order to see when it will arrive. Update: I did receive my order on 12 September. They did get in touch with me after I posted the review and apologize for the inconvenience and I appreciated that.

Ok so I've ordered a watch on 14th of June and it 20 today. they have lied about their shipping times way too much. I ordered it from India which they say take about maximum 15 days and this is the 36 day of shipping and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried to contact Rs chrono and India post where its stuck but no response from Rs chrono whatsoever. So if u wanna order a watch from this company just choose DHL/FedEx Cuz the default one takes ages
