Great quality watch. bought one gyro watch and the movement is great and build quality is up to scratch. this is NOT A FAKE REVIEW. i recomend this watch to anyone interested or passionate abour cars. only downside is time taken for delivery. i got mine afetr 2 weeks instead of the suggested 3-7 days but it was well worth the wait. also, when removing links make sure topush from the correct side otherwise you damage the watch😭😭

I am updating my review so all potential customers chose to shop elsewhere. While it looks like Tom has so kindly replied to my review, nothing has been shipped and after sending him my phone number which he already had, they will continue to ignore me. This company is a scam and I have made the request with my credit card company to go after RS Chrono. In a time when people are struggling, the least a company can do is reply to its customers or cancel orders they can’t fulfill. Please don’t support companies like this that break kids hearts for Christmas. Hi Tom. I see you reply to negative reviews but not to your customers emails. I have sent multiple inquiring as to when you will ship my order since you charged my credit card on December 1st. I wish I had read the reviews first that when you place an order this vendor just disappears. I’ve contacted my credit card company who will go after the company on January 2nd if the item hasn’t shipped. This was for Christmas for my son so I’ve had to have the conversation that you can totally get scammed online. Let’s see if Tom replies to this review.

Hi Courtney, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced with your order. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we regret any inconvenience caused. To streamline our international shipping process, we require a customer's phone number. This is essential not only for tracking updates but also for local couriers to contact customers regarding deliveries and customs charges. We have records of reaching out to you twice to request your phone number, which is necessary to proceed with shipping your order. This may have entered your spam inbox. Based on your feedback, we've made phone numbers mandatory at the checkout stage to prevent similar issues in the future. This change aims to ensure smoother communication and timely delivery, eliminating potential delays caused by our messages being directed to junk mail. We are committed to resolving this issue promptly. Please provide us with your phone number to [email protected] or response to an email we have sent so we can expedite the shipping of your order. We understand the disappointment of not having your order for Christmas and are here to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Tom

I purchased the RS Chrono back in July 23 ago but I have to admit the quality is cheap. The leather strap was like it has been found in a kinder surprise egg! Despite that, I decided to keep but after 2 months the Gyroscope stopped working as intended! I had to really shake my hand to make it move! I contacted the customer support, they got back to me (very late) and I asked for a refund! I am still waiting for a reply 3 months later! I sold the watch on EBay. Won’t be buying from them again however the concept is really good.

All the reviews over here are fake, they send messages to people on Instagram and request them to write a positive review on their trustpilot page promising them a 40% discount. They messaged me too, once I wrote a review they just ignored. I have screenshots of their messages but unfortunately cannot attach them in trustpilot.
