Just because your in another country does not make it ok to rip people off! Going to attorney generals office. Do NOT buy a wig from them!! CS

Full price units are such a ripoff and the clearance wigs look like ones they ruined. SAVE YOUR MONEY. All the units I’ve ordered have been subpar

I purchased a wig (Taye Elegant Ombre Wavy lace front wig LFW035 ) from my first wig/rpgshow for a wedding I was going to in Dubai. The wig was £250 which was one of the most expensive wigs available on the website, I had heard so many good reviews about their wigs on youtube and as it was for a special occasion, I had spent the money. The wig came very quickly, however when I had opened the package I had realized that the wig didn't match the image or the description on the website as it was 10" inches rather than the 14" inches that i had ordered. I immediately got in contact with the company as I had felt miss sold on the product as it didn't resemble the image or the description on the website. The customer service team had gotten back to me 24hrs later with an email to say that they wanted to see pictures of the wig and not to cut the lace........ I had sent several emails asking for a refund, which the company had finally agreed after a few days of going back an fourth with emails. When I got my refund I was charged a percentage of the price as the company had said that it was their policy as they couldn't sell the wig on. I didn't think that it was fair for the company to do this however I wanted to cut my losses and move on so accepted that I would be at a loss. 4 weeks later I have received an invoice from Fed ex demanding payment for tax duty. I was discussed as i thought the wig was sent from the US as the site is an american site which I ordered it from and was not told on purchase that it would be sent from china. Not only have I lost money on a wig i no longer have but now i am receiving threatening from Fed ex which is the service that the company had used to send the product. Appalling!

RPGshow is HORRIBLE. The hair is horrible and not what they show on their website. When I received the unit, it was dry at the top and soft in the back. I tried washing it thinking the unit would wave up....Nope! Tangled even more and I couldn't get my fingers through the hair. Due to me cutting the lace in the front, RPG said it could not be returned. I never got to wear it because it is too tangled and horrible.

I received the wig and it did not look like the one in the YouTube video. The hair feels synthetic and the frontal came over plucked in the center part area so I had to do a side part. The hair is very thin and tangly. Definitely not worth it. I’ve spent way less on hair of better quality.

I took the bait from a YouTube review video as I'm new to the wig scene. The hair ua nothing like thw reviewer had and it feels like a at synthetic blend. Refund in process and never ordering again!

The blonde samira wig was nothing like the advertisement shown due to color and blending. In fact, some YouTube videos show RPG Blonde looks copper because RPG fails to hire professional hair stylists with experienced hair toning techniques. Giving the email response “it was the lighting,” is unacceptable to a customer who spent over $500 or more. This specific photo above I saw was actually ash blonde and doesn’t have a filter or different lighting since it’s the original photo shown on the stylists page. That being said, the lighting was not the cause here, horrible customer service and laziness was the cause. I asked RPG, to consider changing their descriptions at least. Replicas should look similar, so one doesn’t have to dye or make changes to it when delivered. I will be doing a review on my YouTube channel so no one is bought into false advertisement for the source of colored/ombre wigs etc. As a Medical Esthetician, I try to accommodate all my clients needs to their best. I’m very disappointed in the lack of respect and honesty from RPG shows response, as this was my second attempt to give them another try. Other than that, their natural black wigs are nicely designed from my first purchase, but I can’t risk spending hundreds of dollars on something I would possibly have to change. Lost a customer!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This wig is just terrible. I ordered the touchedbytim008. This wig is not 200% density. The hair is very thin and sheds a lot. I ordered 18 inches, the wig that I got is 14 inches and badly cut, you can tell that someone did a bad job attempting to cut it. I payed $430 & all my money down the drain. I opened a dispute with pay pal.
