Royal Medical is very professional and they really do seem to care about their patients.

I had an adverse reaction to my first two cypionate injections. I reached out to Royal team, and they explained that its rare, but I could be experiencing an allergic reaction to the grape seed oil base. They replaced the formular for my 3rd injection with a sesame seed oil base and the reactions stopped. I am now on my 4th injection and finally feeling some slight change in health. During the initial two injections I experienced injection site pain, flu like body aches the first several days and so I never felt any improvements in health. However, I am glad Royal team was able to recommend a formular that I could stay in the program and hoping to start to feel and see some real improvement.

I left a message about having swelling of my feet, hands, and legs. I received no reply back. Also, I was to believe if there was any medical issue or concerns I could go in to see a doctor with Royal Medical. I was having breathing issues when I first took the shot and was told to see my own doctor. I thought the monthly fee was for medication and use of Royal doctors. No worries, after the 6 months I will look into just the cost of the medication through my own doctor and insurance. Staff I have talked to on the phone have been polite and mostly helpful. *I received a call from Ivan after writing the review apologizing for someone not getting back to me. He was going to look into why this happened. He answered my concerns I had about the swelling and weight gain. I am moving from 3 star to 4 because Ivan seemed genuine about Royal Medical caring about the concerns of their customers and answering all my questions.

Amazing work . Over the net interstate!! So far so good … only thing is I need to talk about norladralone but I geuss only your competition offers it??? Maybe I got it wrong? Other than that .. stellar !! thank you guys

I have to admit that anytime I am purchasing anything from the internet I am skeptical. To my surprise though, I have been super impressed with the whole team at Royal Medical. The doctor answered all my questions and I had questions prepared that I already had the answers to but made me feel comfortable.

For the most part it's been a great and really thorough experience. I found the instructions a little confusing with how to obtain the physical and the instructions in the kit itself could be better, or point to the how to videos more clearly, but other than that it's been a 5 start experience. The cost is competitive and the kit, is great, and the explanation videos are great.

Would like more follow ups more than just the initial lab results and consult with the doctor.

Pretty straight forward, no B.S.. Everything so far is as advertised, and could not be happier. Wish I would have looked into this years ago.
