I’ve been on TRT for 2 years now and have been with Royal Medical for about 6 weeks now and could not be happier. I’ve been to 3 different clinics, including PrimeBody and a local brick and mortar location. Royal medical has blown all other clinics out of the water. With the previous clinics it took days sometimes even weeks to hear back from a representative or a doctor. I get immediate responses from Royal and are very prompt to answer my concerns. This is a huge deal for me since this is telemedicine healthcare and don’t have direct access too an office and continuing a damaging protocol can be dangerous to one’s health. Another thing I really like, so far, there’s been zero issue with shipment and tracking numbers. My previous telehealth clinic would send monthly shipments, but would have constant delays due to whatever reason they could come up with. Leading to delays in my shot frequency leading to greater peaks and troughs. Not good for your mental and physical health. Royal has shipped every product on the day they said they would and provided a tracking number without even asking, so there’s no interruption in service. I highly recommend giving them a shot. I will not lie, I’m already very educated on TRT and do lots of personal research so I’ve been able to dial myself in without too much doctors help. So, as far as the doctors side of things, I did not have to deal with much of that fortunately, but they seem very open to your problems and concerns and have no issue giving you the proper TRT dosage needed. Another thing I like compared to other clinics is the monthly fee includes blood work when needed. A lot of other places require you to pay extra for bloods which can get pricey if you prefer to do monthly or bimonthly bloodwork (which you should be doing anyway until you’re dialed in) All in all, I highly recommend this company for your TRT needs. The process is simple and quick.

Just very helpful honest and quick

Royal med was real fast with everything and as a guy from the city that’s exactly what you want. They’re quick, and just cool people I just started my therapy a month ago and I already feel better so their services thus far is def 5 stars
