I need RMC to understand that I have several residences located in different states and need to be contacted prior to shipment of my meds, as I may be living in one or the other of them. I work in the Specialty Pharmacy business, and standard protocol in this business is to contact the patient prior to every shipment (monthly) to validate address and time of delivery. There have been several occasions this has not been done over the past 1.25 years I have been a patient and this has not been rectified. Additionally, I have only had full labs done once, and clinically labs should be done at least once annually, if not every 6 months. When do I do my next full lab test to validate levels?

Charlie, we are very sorry to hear about this experience you are having. We noticed there is a set of labs that were sent to you and never completed. As far as shipping, we can most definitely set this up to alert you before every shipment. Your patient coordinator will be in contact with you to set this up and get you scheduled for labs.
