It was a good experience in all. I like the fact that they had someone following up through the whole process all along the way. Especially because I was in the process of moving to another state at the time, and I was very stressed. The lady that helped me was so understanding and kind. The Dr. Was pleasant and knowledgeable.

So far the customer service has been absolutely great! My only complaint would be that detailed instructions and dosage were not provided initially. But a few quick emails cleared things up quickly.

Staff was wonderful. Answered all my questions completely and made me comfortable. Only complaint is that I had to pay for my own lab work. No LabCorp or Quest within 3 hours of my location. It was quite costly
