The service aspects, price and efficiency were and are great. After doing some research I am questioning my protocol. For instance, the inclusion of an AI infused in my testosterone that I may or may not need. Wouldn't an increase in dose frequency also be beneficial. Hopefully this will be addressed.

Should have more interaction with client.

I received my hormones over a week after having the video chat. I never received an email with instructions, what indications the hormones were prescribed for, side effects, etc. For someone who has never used hormones, a follow-up email or text would have been helpful.

Time will tell but we”ll see. Before I changed doctors my old family doctor put me on testosterone. Did it for a year and couldn’t tell any change at all in that time. Didn’t help with any of my issues. A friend of mine had been on T for a long time and it helped him a lot. I told him my situation and from what he could tell I was on a lot lower dose than him. Received my package and couldn’t believe the little amount of testosterone I received and for a 2 month supply. It’s the same dose I was on thru my doctor several years ago so I don’t really see this lasting long if that’s how it’s gonna be. I can go to my doctor and get the same amount a lot cheaper. So not really impressed so far to say the least.

Service was great until I received my initial medication. The dosage and instructions were not reflective of my regiment as my consulting PA and I had agreed to my testosterone injected subcutaneously in 2 doses during the week. When I called about questions about preparing my first dose, the person seemed very busy and rushed. Additionally, I did not receive the supplies for my subcutaneous injections. I did receive supplies for 2 months of intramuscular injections.

Update: after leaving this review, one of the founding directors called me and screamed at me. "How dare you. You're done. Go find another doctor." They dropped me and forced me to find another doctor. Crazy to treat people this way. 3 weeks in, it's been okay so far. Ease of starting: 5 stars Communication with coordinator: 4 stars. Pete is pretty attentive. Doctor (attention, knowledge): 2 stars. Brief, didn't dig into unique issues or history. Felt like a number. Protocol: 3 stars. They auto prescribe an AI and mix it in to the test if you don't ask them to remove it. They also prescribe Gonadorelin in place of hCG, but at two pulses a week it isn't a replacement for hCG. Research it. If you ask about it, the doc will dismiss you. Pricing: 3.5 stars. Def nice to have everything packaged. But you pay for that convenience.

Delivered service as advertised. For the dollars spent there should be more access the MD's. I would suggest a little more specific lab work regime as well.

Love the product. The doctor has been easy to work with. The patient health coordinators were a huge help guiding through the process. However, once you purchased their product you were no longer important. Had one of the worst experiences of my life working with a particular coordinator. Rude, disrespectful emailed responses to some basic questions. Bottom line, once you’re a customer the “patient health “ is on your own.
