What started out as professional and prompt service immediately changed to poor customer service after I explained the therapy was not helping me. Royal Medical stopped consulting and were almost never available after my claim. My blood results were fine and one adjustment was made to my TRT program and then I was told by the doctor that the program probably wasn’t for me, thats it! I highly “Do Not Recommend” Royal Medical Center and doubt my review will ever see light if day and be brushed under the carpet as I was.

I paid $195 and was sent incorrect needles and was unable to actually draw the testosterone to inject. I would recommended prospective customers steer clear of the this "medical center" for the good of your wallet and blood pressure. Also, there is a $395 cancellation fee if your thinking about quitting this awful service.

Absolutely disgusted with this customer service. Immediately when I signed up they force you to pay $195, which is supposed to included your first months treatment and dr consult. I had my dr consult which was 10 mins of a dr rambling on like he was reading from a script, didn’t let me get a word in edgewise wise. They told me to send a picture of my blood pressure and then we can start. Well my blood pressure was high and they told me they needed for it to be a little lower before starting. So I go to doctor and find out i have some kidney issues and cannot start treatment bc it would be Absolutely dangerous to start with out clearing this issue. Enter the terrible customer service of Royal, I email them and ask for a refund of my $195 until I can clear my issue up. They immediately say NO just wait till you feel better and then come back for treatment. I said i don’t know how long of ever I’ll be id like my money back please. They continued to shut me down and tell me that it’s not their fault i signed the agreement that said the $195 was supposed to be used for the first month of treatment and dr’s consult and now I can’t continue. Their own dr didn’t even give me clearance to start the program and they told me for the 10 min rambling that’s what cost $195! It’s honestly not only that, they are doing the worst cookie cutter program I’ve ever seen ! We had three people call them all different ages and sizes, the dr read his generic script and said “every starts at 200mg of testosterone mix with anti estrogen” which is completely wrong if you do any research ! Pleas please stay away, I do not know how they got these many positive reviews with the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and now I’m out $195. Hope I can save you your money and health ahead of time ! Look up dr Eric fete and Ali Gilbert or even look on YouTube at the channel trt and hormone optimization channel. Well off to the BBB and any other place I can help warn people of these scam artist!

If I wanted a doctor to just read labs and prescribe supplements I would have just gone to the doctor I was already going to that wasn't helping me with menopausal symptoms. Doctor prescribed supplements I could have ordered myself for $30. And on top of spending $390 for supplements, they are now trying to make me pay the lab bill which I confirmed before signing up that it was included in the initial payment. Now they say it only is if you make six months of payments. How is that not a contract binding you to six months of membership? I also had to find another doc local who read my symptoms along with my labs and prescribed estrogen and now I feel like a new woman.

These people are a scam. The positive reviews must be posted by employees or friends. They say all inclusive and then they end up charging you almost 450 dollars to get a 2 month supply and the HGK is not included. that is another 320 to get started in that. So the 195 all inclusive program ends up costing 640 dollars every 2 months. What a scam.

They sent me their accounting statements of charges, in Sept it CLEARLY shows 2 transactions. I contacted Snarky Walter and he said he would have his accounting department contact me. That was over a week ago. They also claim to be sending 10ml bi-monthly. If it is 8ml I'd be shocked! BEWARE!
