I am very happy with my experience thus far. Royal worked with me on getting all set up by accepting blood work that i had recently had done, this expedited my check in process and i was able to start TRT pretty quickly. Everyone i have delt with from Royal has been extremely helpful and kind to me and my Doctor is very knowledgeable and good at explaining things and answering questions in a way i can understand. Overall i am very happy. Im now into my second month of TRT and feeling better than I have in a long time.

They send emails/texts and follow up. They are involved and engaged. Most companies today aren't as helpful, people orientented, or concerned with customer satisfaction. Royal Medical is top tier in communication and resolution if any issues or conerns arise.
