Bob, we believe you may be mistaken here or have the wrong company. We do initial bloodwork, and then bloodwork is done again two months after starting therapy so we may be able to assess how you are responding to treatment. What you describe is not our procedures. Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate the opportunity to address an important issue. The issue of unrealistic expectation. After reviewing your account, at the time this post was published you had only been on the medication for 3 weeks. We encourage patients to take all medications as prescribed for at least 90 days. After the 90 days, we do follow-up labs that determine how well you are responding to the medications. At that point, we make recommendations and adjustments to the protocol if needed. As for returning medications, that is not an option. All prescriptions are issued directly to the patient for individual use only. We hope that you will continue to take the medication as prescribed so that you have a fair chance at seeing the results you initially inquired about.

Based on the conversation we had it seemed clear that you may have reached or attempted to reach the wrong point of contact. So that would explain why you did not get an immediate response. However, once it was brought to our attention that you had an issue, we immediately sent you out for labs to see if any adjustments needed to be made. Once the results were in, we contacted you to review the labs and at that point, your side effects had already subsided. We are always here to help and adjust the protocol when needed. We hope that you will continue to take the medication as prescribed so you can experience the full benefits of the medication and everything our program has to offer. Zak, Based on this review I would like to thank you for stating the facts so we did not have to. Anyone who knows the slightest bit about testosterone therapy will be able to see that the measures taken to improve your overall experience and treatment were taken into consideration and the proper adjustments were made. You mentioned that you “felt horrible” during the time of your follow-up review with the physician. So we needed to make adjustments to help you feel better. In order to make adjustments we needed to base this on our clinical review, so your labs were taken into consideration. As you mentioned, “test levels were 1500, estrodiol 44”. So as you stated, our doctor said “okay let’s lower your dosage and give you MORE anastrozole but in pill form.” This was exactly what should have been done for a patient who is experiencing symptoms and has HIGH levels of testosterone and HIGH levels of estradiol. If you are not familiar with the reference ranges, Total Testosterone ranges from 264-916 NG/DL and Estradiol ranges from 7.6-42.6. So maybe our approach was not so “wrong wrong wrong!!” after all. Had you given some time to allow these adjustments to work you might have had a better over experience with the medications and would not have been looking for a refund for medications that you have already used. Any patient we treat will have a unique experience when using these medications and results vary. However, sometimes when people are notified that they will be removed from the program do to issues like BILLING or violating our policies, they can get a little upset and turn to bad reviews as a recourse of action. Customer, Your feedback is appreciated but you failed to inform us or anyone else how we “suck”. Based on a quick review of your file it is clear that you may have had unrealistic expectations related to treatment. In most cases testosterone therapy works great and had you given the program more than two months you may have been able to see a change your situation. Regardless, there is no magic pill that will fix everything in one month. So, to say we suck might be a little unfair, but ok. The fact is, we have successfully treated thousands of patient for more than a decade and will continue to improve the lives of others through this program for as long as we can.
