Never had a phone call the follow up on my blood work have only had one since I started, so i and they can see where my levels our at other than that shipment has always been on time.

When I signed up, I taught I was going to see a doctor at the clinic, I did not know that they do everything online, it is not a personal experience but rater they just signed up one more client. They are supposed to refill the prescription before you run out of it. I had to call them because I had only one more dose and had not received my refill yet. I had to watch a video online to show me were to do my injections.

Overall a positive experience. But one thing needs improvement, I only met with the doctor a couple times and early in the process. I thought there was supposed to be regular blood tests every 3 to 6 months.

Everyone I interacted with from the company was helpful and professional. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is simply because I felt information was withheld that was essential for my decision to try this product. The communication sent on Sermorelin Acetate said I would receive 1 vial of Sermorelin Acetate, 1 reconstitution kit (bacteriostatic water and 10 ml syringe), which matched all the research I had done on sermorelin. I knew it was important not to shake after mixing and to keep refrigerated to make sure amino bonds were not broken and efficacy preserved. Not until the product was shipped did I find out (and only because I asked if they had more info on how I should mix the product) that the sermorelin was a new product offered by the pharmacy and that it already came mixed and no need to be refrigerated. This raised flags to me since I knew the importance of not breaking the amino bonds after mixing but went ahead and tried it since I needed something to help improve my sleep. Another issue is that they sent me a 2 months supply without my approval. When I asked why, they said it was to save me shipping costs. Unfortunately, a month's supply was all I needed to find out this product did not work for me. It actually worsened my sleep quality and I gained weight, and it wasn’t muscle. I went along with the order because I hoped this would help me, but I believe that the company should be more transparent that you are not offering the sermorelin that has been around for years, but a newly developed type so that the consumer can make an informed decision if they should spend $615 on it (labs, consultation and 2 months supply). I may be the odd case that this product didn’t work on me, but in all honesty, if I had known I wasn't getting the original sermorelin, I don’t think I would have spent the money. Maybe when I no longer live in California I will try sermorelin, the one you mix and refrigerate. Btw, I tried researching pre-mixed, no need to refrigerate sermorelin and couldn't find anything on it.

Still not feeling as I would have expected. My drive is still low after 4 injections. It's momentary at best. Not sure why it's that way.

I'm not very pleased with the treatment plan. I haven't noticed any difference at all. Don't think I'll be using Royal Medical in the future.

Docs could show a little better bedside manner

I specifically told the doctor I did NOT want dhea in my Testosterone. What happened? They put dhea in with my test. Shipping was slow as well.
