Always have your back .

In my experience, the people hear really care about they’re patients and sense I’ve joined about 3 months ago , if I’ve ever had a question or concern they’ve always been there to answer my questions, even gone as far as coaching me , walking me through the month being in test giving me the confidence and assurance I needed. They are actually real deal, and clearly show they have a heart and care about you. Specially Pete. I honestly woulda quit by know outta me just being frustrated and going through a rough patch. Thanks for being there guys, and thanks Pete for being a friend . 👍 Sorry for the previous review guys, that was more directed towards fed ex and I was having a very bad day.

We appreciate your feedback Aaron. We have never had any complaints regarding our automated shipping process. Tracking numbers are provided to you via email and text message for your convenience. After reviewing your chart, we do not see any past issues or concerns mentioned with the packages you have received thus far while being on the program. We ask that our patients reach out to us with any issues they may encounter so we can try to resolve them in that moment. The pharmacies we use ship via Fed Ex and UPS. Once your package is in the hands of the shipper, we unfortunately can not control the time of delivery, this is why we offer two options for receiving your package. Option 1 is having the package delivered directly to your house. Option 2 is having the package delivered to a Fed Ex off site which works best for most patients as it is available for pick up 5 days after being delivered and you do not need to be home to receive your package. Please reach out to us to further discuss your situation.
