The whole process was very easy. I’ve been battling fatigue for a while now. I went through my primary care physician, but she refused to order the tests to see if my testosterone was low. I decided to go outside my network, and went with Royal Medical Centers after thorough research. I was able to do my labs, physical, and consult within a week. My labs indicated that my T was very low and that my suspicions were correct. The doctor went over my labs and guided me through my treatment protocol. Within a week, I received my first prescription. I just started my treatment, but anticipate that a lot of my fatigue should start to decline over the next few months. I give them 10/10 stars.

No problems whatsoever. Direct clear communication and representatives always there when I have any inquiry. All my meds, labs appointments and doctor calls on point. From my lab results after 10 months into the program I can guarantee I am 100% satisfied. Hormonal levels are where they should be.
