I did extensive research before I decided on using Royal Medical. I initially choose to use their services based on lower overall cost compare to others- especially locally in NE Florida. When something is more cost effective than others, there’s usually a compromise. I have found my experience so far to be outstanding. From the office staff answering all my questions in timely manner to the Doctor going over my lab work and explaining his plan of action, everything has exceeded my expectations. I was able to fill out the application online and within a hour or so I received clear step by step information on what to do in order to move forward. I was able to go the same day (Wednesday) and have a physical performed at my neighborhood CVS Minute Clinic. I was able to schedule my lab work online to be performed locally at LabCorp the following Wednesday. This could have happened sooner but I choose a date that best fit my schedule. The following Thursday I had a video consultation with my Dr to give the details. I had my prescription shipped by Tuesday. So I started the initial contact on 1/20 and had my prescription on 2/2. This was more than reasonable to me considering the dynamics of COVID-19 as well as getting the physical and lab work out of town and performed on my schedule. Obviously, I would highly recommend their services based on my favorably experience which exceeded my expectations.

Any time we have had to contact them with any questions, they have been friendly and eager to help us and treat us as their highest priority! RMC has been awesome and super easy from the get go. From the easy and quick process to get going, to the consultation with The Doc, my many questions and concerns have all been answered and I felt very comfortable with RMC and with the decision to start HRT. I’m only 2.5 weeks in but I’m already starting to feel like my old self. I can’t wait to see what the future hold once my levels normalize. Thank you to RMC, nothing but praise here.

Everyone has been extremely professional, informative, courteous and emphatic. Every step in the process has been carefully explained and inline with the time table they set. I had a question when I received my first shipment and my counselor Tammy was so patient with me. Tammy took the time to explain my prescription, medication schedule and what I should expect. I feel very optimistic about the future results.

I just recently began treatment. However, the staff has been professional, and friendly. Whenever I have a question, they respond right away. I will update my review as time goes on, but thus far, I have NOT had an unpleasant experience. I feel like I made the right decision by choosing Royal Medical.
