Everyone I spoke with was a total professional. I wasn't pressured while I was deciding, but all my questions were answered. When I asked a question, not only was I given a detailed answer, but also examples for many of my questions. Once I received my meds, they came just as promised. I called and emailed several times to ask questions about use and options. All communications were answered promptly and were very thorough. I had tried TRT as 3 different facilities before I found Royal Medical and I feel like I have found a company who will really work with me. I am just starting my 4th week and so far, everything is great. If allowed, I will give further updates and I move forward in the program. I highly recommend Royal Medical!

Terms for monthly service were easy to understand. Prices are much better than going to a clinic. all prescriptions have arrived on time with clear instructions. prescriptions can be fed ex to pharmecys that have fed ex pick ups. Also the team that handles my treatment are helpful and follow through on orders.
