If there were more than 5 stars I would rate Royal Medical and their staff a #10. I was very fortunate to find their site on the internet. The process only took 2 weeks and that was because I had to have clearance from my Cardiologist who was on vacation and his office does not have employees like Daniel and Kelly. I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Medical. The staff is very friendly and prompt in e-mailing all forms that are necessary to be approved for enrollment. It is up to you how long it takes to follow all the steps that are required. If your doctors where you live are not willing to work with you, don't stay miserable. Get in touch with Royal Medical as we only get one life to live. My medication arrived on Monday as promised and I am looking for positive results.

So far customer service was really good and got the product on time like they said. I just started to use the testosterone so I don't know how it is yet.
