It was an excellent experience with the exception of the Pharmacy choosing FedEx Ground to ship the meds. The package arrived almost a week late and mangled! God bless UPS and USPS!

So far so good. Start tomorrow!

Everything was great except the doctor visit. He was very professional but talked a million miles an hour. It’s important to remember I don’t understand the treatment as well as the doctor and when he asked if I had any questions I was still processing what he had said. Overall though amazing service and would recommend. However, 7 days later and still Haven’t received fed ex shipment. Probably will get here in the next few days. It was delayed for some reason. Although fedex is it’s own company and has nothing to do with royal.

The set-up and assessment were easy. Received my first round of injections during the expected time frame. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because a couple of months into it, I haven’t received my reimbursement for the lab work, despite attaching and explaining the receipt along with my lab results.

I WILL update this review as time goes on. So far, so good. Two week process due to myself not being up to date on my physicals, but all the way up to this point they’ve been great and they DO have an overnight shipping for the carrier at $50. Very cool. Waiting for the products this week. Will update when arrived and tested. Personally on a first 6-month promotion and excited to carry out with these guys for a while to come. I have seen some questionable reviews about canceling with 6 months and there being all sorts of fines, that part I’m not big on. I see these terrible reviews on them and what they have to do people who have left the program and it makes me worry. I’ve looked over the whole site, you can google cancellation penalties and they’re site said, “No cancellation fees” and now it isn’t there and I didn’t screenshot it. That’s not cool at all. Product, wonderful. So far, wonderful. I’ll update after a year unless anything bad happens. But until then, it’s all groovy dude.

Well I haven't started my treatment yet, im having my 1st consultation tomorrow and im very excited. I am so ready to get my life back and feel like me again. I'm really confident im royal medical center so for the staff has been excellent, the guy that you talk to from the start Pete, awesome guy, very helpful and informative, they've made thing's do easy to understand and I feel like I'm gonna be in very good hands.

These guys do exactly what they say they do I have used several different providers for male hormone therapy and loyal men's medical is Head and shoulders above anybody else in my opinion

So far this has been a great experience. The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was because of how long it took for shipping witch is probably not there fault . I just started treatment and don’t know how well it works yet but I have confidence that it will from what I have read and heard . I would recommend them to anyone who needs there help.
