I've only been on trt for two weeks and so far so good, the sign up process was easy and the dr I talked to was very knowledgeable.

The people are easy and nice to work with and would give 5 stars except for the pharmacy. Was told the pharmacy had to give me a tracking number for my medication within 3 working days, however, by day 4 I still had not received the tracking info. I called my rep and he put me in touch with someone who checked with the pharmacy and within an hour I received the tracking info but without an arrival date and was told to keep checking. Finally, around 8PM, I got an update from FedEx that there was an exception and that they did not receive my meds until after normal hours and my package would arrive on Monday. FedEx being FedEx, notified me on Friday that my package was rescheduled for Saturday delivery, that lasted for a few hours and I received another notification that it was rescheduled again for Monday. On Saturday the tracking info said it was scheduled for Monday delivery and it was on a truck. Around 10L30 a FedEx truck pulled up at my house and delivered my medication but didn't require me to sign anything even though it was shipped, 'Direct signature required'. When I opened the package, it was missing the alcohol swabs that was supposed to be included. I know there is nothing to be done about FedEx but what is the point of having a 3 working day deadline for the pharmacy to provide tracking info if there is no repercussions when they don't meet the deadline and don't include everything.

Great experience. Only concern is that ground shipping after already waiting for the initial script to be filled was painful. Wish I would have received the great medication prescribed faster is all. Thanks
