Very attentive and professional. I was nervous about the TRT situation and they knew how to make me feel calm. My life has changed 100% for the better.

Progress Update. I’ve been on the TRT program with Royal Medical Center for 16 weeks. I’m 61 and maybe it takes a bit longer to turn over an older engine. When I started, I was taking 0.5 mil. I didn’t see much benefit. After two months they raised to 0.8. After another month of this, I really started turning a corner. I began seeing noticeable differences in my body, attitude, and perspective. This is what I was expecting from the get-go. I’m 100% happy with what I’m seeing/feeling. If you’re thinking TRT is a magic bullet and you’re going to look more muscular without working out, you’re fooling yourself. You have to do your part. I can assure you, though, if you’ll work out, give it time—4-6 months, you will be completely stoked. Today I have as much muscle mass and definition as I did in my 20’s. Seriously. As for the clinic/staff, RMC, I can’t say enough about their customer service. Pete, Julie, and the crew are absolute professionals whose only concern is to take care of their clients. This is a lost commodity today—customer service. There may be other clinics with cheaper prices (not much cheaper), but I think when you combine the lab work, regular Dr. consultation, customer service, timely delivery, supplies, all of this adds up to a great value that, in my opinion, is unmatched. If you’re thinking about quitting because you’re not seeing results, I’d say give it more time. Relate your concerns with the Dr. But definitely give it more time. This is a wonder drug!

The people at Royal Medical are very professional and friendly. They answer all questions and follow up quickly when you leave a message. Today, Kelly was particularly helpful in handling some scheduling issues that had come up. As usual, she was very attentive and professional and couldn’t help but to be impressed by the way she represents RMC.
