Kreeg een ventilator geleverd die herrie maakt (in 1 stand). Wil hem terug geven of een nieuwe laten leveren. Maar op de website krijg ik de melding 'Het opgegeven ordernummer Postcode of Email is onvindbaar.' Telefonisch contact laat al de hele dag een bandje horen 'op dit moment zijn we niet bereikbaar van 11:00-12:00. Heel slecht dat je retour niet probleemloos kan worden afgehandeld als je een ondeugdelijk product hebt geleverd gekregen.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Order number #4001113752 I called and requested my order be cancelled. I was told it would be (I have a phone recording of this) and I received an email confirmation the order WAS CANCELLED. Now I'm told today the order was shipped and I'm responsible for the cost to return it. This is ridiculous!

I recently purchased a new container with a filter (SS-2230003753) for my X-clean 10 mop vacuum. It turned out there was a problem with it, preventing water from draining into the reservoir, meaning I have to empty the container every 5 minutes. After struggling for several weeks, I contacted customer service on May 1st. After several emails back and forth—they kept requesting additional information—I received a response on May 26th stating that customer service was busy. Since then, I haven't received any answers, and in the meantime, I haven't been able to use my vacuum cleaner for several months. Making the service as complicated as possible, asking for extra information multiple times instead of everything at once, and then not responding in the hope that people give up. The strategy is clear.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO POSVENTA Y ENGAÑO CON LA GARANTÍA. El servicio técnico oficial se llevó mi aspiradora de casa el pasado 9 de mayo para una reparación en garantía. Ha pasado ya más de un mes y sigo sin mi herramienta diaria de limpieza, rebasando con creces el 'plazo razonable' que exige la Ley de Consumidores en España. Lo peor es la falta de transparencia: por teléfono me dicen que 'no tienen stock' de piezas ni de mi aparato para cambiármelo, pero entras en la página web oficial de Rowenta y el producto se sigue vendiendo con normalidad. Si de verdad no tienen stock para cumplir con sus obligaciones de garantía, la ley es muy clara: tienen la obligación de sustituir mi aparato por un modelo de gama superior sin coste alguno para mí, o bien devolverme el dinero íntegro. No voy a aceptar que me tengan retenida indefinidamente a la espera de un stock que sí usan para ventas nuevas. He interpuesto una reclamación formal con un ultimátum de 48 horas. Si el jueves no tengo una solución legal (la sustitución del aparato por uno nuevo o la devolución del dinero), la denuncia irá directa a la OMIC. Número de incidencia / reclamación: 08524426
