Love the pendant lights and sconces…
Love the pendant lights and sconces here. This is my first choice when it comes to residential projects. I've been doing business with this brand for 4 projects. Tony and Vivian gave us massive help in overnight shipping for a last-minute change.

Client Success Advisor Vivian was amazing
I needed to exchange something and after my first review of not being able to get a hold of anyone, their customer service team reached out and they were extremely helpful. Thank you Vivian you were so kind and helpful!

We're sorry you weren't able to reach us, and that your calls weren't returned. That's not the level of service we aim to provide. We tried to locate your order using your name but weren't able to find a match in our system. While we upgrade our phone system to add more lines, email is the fastest way to reach our team. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number or the email used at checkout, along with the best number to reach you, and we'll get back to you promptly. Kind regards, The Rowabi Team
