I recently purchased a few large bamboo hanging pendants .. absolutely gorgeous love them .the company was amazing great customer service and prompt on any issues..which there were none ... shipping went smoothly.i would definitely buy again and absolutely refer to everyone.great prices as the product is high quality..I'm very picky and they made me 100%happy .. check them out on rowabi .com ..you won't be disappointed..

I ordered a 2 pack and only received 1
I ordered a 2 pack and only received 1 on top of that it’s to tiny for a door. Shipping took forever and poor communication. At least half my order did arrive.* Edit* After reaching out to them they offered to replace the missing item and even send a larger one, great customer service.
