The shoes were awesome and my experience with them was amazing they have great customer service and everything was a breeze

I ordered a pair of shoes and the size wasn't right and I quickly informed the customer support team and they did a great job addressing the issue.

Had a mistake with the size shoes and they were right on it to fix and send out a new pair. Would recommend them again.

Zero stars from me !!! Scammer by this company, it’s not even a company. Not 1 phone number . What awful human being over there in Japan and China . I’ve wrote 10 emails asking for a phone number. Also I have no reply back From another company called Sellzel . Save your money from these rats of the underworld who steal cheat lie and then don’t reply . My poor son

These guys are awesome. I order a size 43 with them but unfortunately it into it. I spoke to the ROVUX team about the issue and they were very kind to send me a bigger size. Moreover, they told me to keep the first shoes. ROVUX has got the best quality products and the best service as well
