Before you read my review... notice a majority of these “5 star” reviews you’re reading talk about the customer service and not the quality of the product. AKA: these reviews are fake, probably not from real customers because they all say the same thing just slightly differently. My actually experience: Ordered the STRIDEs they’re made of a cheap thin material that looks like it’s going to last me: maybe a month. The inseam on the interior of the shoe was already coming loose. The men’s joggers are made of a thin, cheap material. This company is a complete scam company that has no customer service and sells low quality products for a ridiculous amount of money. The crap products took almost a month to arrive (the shipping said it would take 12-16 days). At every step, this company exhibited every characteristic of a business you don’t want to work with or give your money to. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau, hopefully they’ll help me resolve my problems

Placed an order for 3 pairs for my husband, my son and one pair for me. The quality is amazing the size is true to size. I had an issue with my pair the size was off. The customer service was quick to respond and correct the issue. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing more soon.

Rovux has went above and beyond to make sure my experience with them was great! I ordered 3 pair of shoes and upon receiving them i realized that they fit a little snug. I emailed the customer service team and explained to them what happened.... and within 2 days they had shipped me out bigger sizes of all 3 pair of shoes. (Free of cost) Not to mention that the shoes look just as good in person as they do online. I’ll definitely be doing more business with this company!
