Their customer service was super prompt and handled the issue of ordering the wrong size very quickly by sending out a new pair straight away. I would absolutely feel confident in purchasing again.

They sell great shoes. I got a pair as a gift for Christmas and I absolutely love them. The only bad thing I can say about the shoes is that they arrived in a package instead of a box. The shoes took a little over 3 weeks to ship, but I get that because the shoes came from overseas. I received the rovux script and the quality was amazing.

When I first ordered thought I was scammed and a whole lot more I purchased 2 pairs from the company and no less than 3 weeks they appeared on my doorstop how they were displayed on the website , great shoes good quality ,recommend buying a pair or 2 got a tracking number and updates

Shoes came almost a month later after I ordered which is fine. I knew then it must have come from China. When it arrived, it did not come with a box. It was just placed in the packaging bag so it was all smushed when I received it. They said they dont ship shoes in boxes as they dont want the box to be damaged. Well, in this case I would've rather had the box damaged than the shoes! I know this came from China because I've ordered from China before and their shoes do not come in boxes to avoid additional costs in shipping. I normally an 8 in Nike and other name brand shoes, they all fit perfectly but I ordered a 7 on this pair, but to my disappointment it was way too big. So I asked to return, they told me to keep the shoe, they sent a new one size 6, it's still 1 size too big! I could not even wear it without it coming off. So,both shoes are useless! Overall, shoe quality was beyond poor. The overall shoe is just too wide and poorly made no matter what size you get it's still loose! I gave 2 stars because they sent me replacement. Other than that, DO NOT BUY because they will not refund you.

I purchased 3 shoes and they arrived 3 weeks later. They were a size too big and they looked like clown shoes ! When I asked to exchange they said sorry but that they don’t do that especially if you do their buy 2 get 1 free deal. So basically I am stuck with these shoes and I spent almost $200 dollars. The least they can do is exchange them. Not a great experience and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I’m very satisfied with the shoes and the customer service of the reps . I had ordered the wrong size do to my fault and they sent me new pairs on them . I love the product and staff thank you
