My order arrived and did not fit, telephoned the Rovux Foot company and they asked a few questions and were right on top of it. I am looking forward to my corrected pair. I say order from them today for they have cool footware.

I ordered a pair of Rovux as a gift for Valentine’s Day for my hubby. He absolutely loved them and said they are super comfy. I ordered a size 10 which is his size so I had to exchange them for a bigger size because they fit small, I have to say that their customer service is great and they were very polite and helpful in resolving my issue. The delivery does take a while but it’s worth it I will definitely order from them again.

Two separate orders I was missing shoes. I love the brand but this customer service they have is making me hate it. I've been writing to them for almost a week and they are not responding. They claim the other shoes were sent separately but they can't provide me with tracking or a response as to why. Two separate orders. I'm missing two pairs from one order and one from another.

Order didn’t fit so I contacted about another size and it took a bit but got it resolved. They didn’t have my size in the ones I wanted but that’s ok I wanted a different t pair anyway which I got! Thanks!

Ordered shoes they arrived and run small.. I have tried to exchange them and have sent pictures they asked of me. No one from customer service ever emails or gets back to you. I want to get a larger size that's all. Customer service is non existing.. save your money .
