My sneakers arrived sooner than I expected! Turned out that the sneakers were too big. I emailed customer service and received a response in less than 24hrs. I asked can I get an exchange and with no questions asked they replaced the sneakers and I didn't have to return the other pair! I am more than happy with my purchase now! I will be shopping again.

I am surprised with all these positive reviews. I got this shoes because the reviews are really good but in fact the shoes on the picture look much better than i real life. The quality is so so. The size chart for this brand isn't correct. I ordered a wrong size, the customer support offered me another pair which was very nice of them, but they sent a wrong size again. Now they are saying they will not send me the right size since sizes U6.5 and US7 are just the same. Which logically can not be true. Also the delivery to the USA is about 35 days, so they use the cheapest Chinese shipping companies, the packaging is also not great- they don't come in the box. For this price they could put the shoes at least in a box.

I love the sneakers. I ordered an 8 in women’s because I saw some reviews that said they run a little big I usually wear an 8 1/2. I got the sneakers and they were just fitting a little too small. So they are true to size. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and did my exchange with no problem.. now my new sneakers are already on the way.. customer service is excellent ! Also sneakers look exactly as described in the picture
