I ordered 2 of the same shoes, same size, different color. They don't have sizes on the shoes, but i could see and feel both pairs weren't the same size. One was bigger. I emailed customer support and they sent me another shoe but smaller than what i ordered. When i told them that they didn't resolve the issue, they were really rude and then never responded to me again. They later claimed in the bbb that they did it to be nice bc the shoe didn't fit. I tried explaining to them that they sent me the wrong size shoe, and that i know this bc i ordered two seperate pairs and one fit and the other one didn't. The customer service was rude and never resolved my issue. Just completely ignored me after i told them over and over that they made a mistake. I'm so bummed bc i.I'm out money and i have 2 shoes that do not fit. I wont ever order from this company again simply bc they were rude and did not care to address the situation. I'm also worried this will happen again and I'll lose out on more money.

There was some confusion about my order, but Rovux's customer service addressed the issue right away and remedied it. These are great shoes! Can't wait to get my next pair!

I ordered two pairs of these sneakers and they were much cuter than expected. One pair was a little bigger so I contacted customer care and they responded and resolved the issue by the morning time before I awoke. Thank you for a great job and cute sneakers... I am currently looking for my next pair to purchase #3.

I would order a half size down when ordering. Sizes run a bit large. Customer service was excellent and fast with ensuring I was happy and received the correct size. I will definitely be ordering again!

I purchased my order online. It was easy and quick to do. My orders came quicker then I thought it would. Unfortunately the sneakers that I ordered was to big. I contacted customer support right away via email they responded back in about 5 minutes. I explained to them what happened and they fixed my problem right away. They already ship out my exchange item and I don't even have to go through the hassle of sending the sneakers back. I can't wait to place my next order. This time I'll know exactly what size to order. Excellent Customer Service.
